Something I really like about this is that the unlock method involves all the time related levels and it actually kind of takes you back in time, like the old tap effects, old notes, all that. this is something that really makes phigros unique

You need to unlock it, otherwise you won't be able to unlock rrhar'il. I've tried unlocking it without unlocking Chronostasis and it flopped so I had to unlock Chronostasis then do it all over again.
It says that you need to sync the hitsound with the 3rd beat. Your device and their (SpeedyStyle's) might be different so it won't sync. What I did was turn off the hitsound then sync it with the beat, it might take some time, though. You can also do it with hitsound on but that's what I did. If my method doesn't work/didn't understand, you can do it with hitsound on.
Same, but you can just click anywhere around to find the trigger. I've had that issue twice (unlocking EZ and HD) and did the same. It may take time, though.

I think you can still trigger in clock paradox even if you keep missing notes. The general rule is: keep a passing score of A

You can actually just miss the last two flick final notes at the end of the music and still get to continue progress to Chronostasis.
