Halle Berry Breaks Up Fight Between Olivier Martinez And Photographer At LAX

Monday, April 1, 2013 - Halle Berry and fiance Olivier Martinez arrive with Nahla at LAX after vacationing in Hawaii. While carrying Nahla, Martinez allegedly kicks and grabs a photographer. Then Halle gets caught in the cross-fire and has to break up a fight between the two men, crying out, "Olivier! NO!"

Maybe I'm missing something here, but I simply don't see any footage of Oliver kicking or grabbing that Pap in the blue shirt. What I do see at 1:40 is at the exit there is a verbal exchange between them then the Pap approaches Oliver from behind and appears to grab Oliver. Oliver appears to be warding off this assault. Can anyone tell me when did Oliver actually assault the Pap?
