What I've learned is intuition comes before logic. But you must know yourself and love yourself. It's a life long practice as far as I'm concerned. Lay in your bed at night. Bask yourself to sleep. Get up in the vortex. I love that. I do it daily. I've now started just waking up at 4:44am. I feel so good. Following intuition is a practice. It gets easier the MORE YOU DO IT. 👍🏻❤️
