FYI, the spacer belongs on the bottom bolt of the exhaust bracket that isn't shared with the peg bracket. It makes up for the peg bracket thickness.

If you ever have to remove those while covers again you just need a flat head screw driver (tap it a few times) and unscrew.

Thanks for the informative video, very helpful. (since Bunking sends no instructions with the kit). I purchased the newer kit specifically for saddle bags (just finished install)...
NOTE info below From Bungking Web site for Saddlebag Models:
"For the lower bag mount you would take the stock bracket that is in the same location as the crash bar plate and use it overtop of the crash bar mounting plate. To get it to clear you would remove the plastic bushing from the bracket and bolt to opposite side of the plate you just took it off of and flip the bracket 180 degrees, this should put the bracket in a relation that clears the crash bar."
I found that statement to be BS... Flipping the bushing does not work (can't install the saddle bag on LH side if you flip the bushing). Just install the bushing bracket over the new foot peg lower flange (& put the spacer on the RH side at bottom under exhaust frame*).
*Robin's comment below regarding the spacer makes sense. That bushing is same thickness as RH frame slider/passenger peg lower flange. As installed in your video; the plastic bushing (for saddle bag mount) is pushed out further away from the frame than it was in the stock condition due to large stack up with the spacer & frame slider.

I’m glad the video helped! It definitely takes a village to get these parts installed correctly. I just ordered the Harley shop manual because the more I do to the bike the more I feel like I’m going to screw something up😂🤣. Definitely a learning experience.

@@nightowlrides All good... Oh Yeah; I figured out how to install the RH side without removing the exhaust. Went to ACE Hardware & bought a 3/8-16, Grade 8, 12-point head screw,1" long) to replace the top socket head screw on RH side.. I was able to easily install & tighten it using a swivel head, ratcheting, SAE 3/8", 12-point box wrench (harbor Freight). Only drawback; ACE only has those screws in chrome finish ($10 for one screw).

Unfortunately no instructions. TH-cam and a prayer😂. But I did mock it all up and then went back in to tighten it all down that helped. Anywhere you are bolting straight to frame you can probably get away with the shot bolts and longer for the places where you use the spacers.
