Testing the 1 1 update for Deus 2 and getting double silver

- In this episode I test out the new XP Deus 2 v1.1 update to see if they have sorted out the faults iron issue in the v1.0. I test it on some pretty challenging ground on my permission. Also we'll find out who won all the Minelab gear in the 1k sub giveaway.

You would be much better off using a water spray bottle and a soft toothbrush or something to remove soil off a silver coin, rather than scouring it to death with a nail brush. You will introduce hundreds of hairline scratches to the coin. Not sure about V1.1 myself, I done a full weekend with it last weekend and digging more iron and getting falsing issues. All these updates are becoming a nightmare in my opinion
Yeah I would go and find silver on the day I forgot my spay bottle. To be fair the Viccy wasn't in great condition anyway. Its better now its been in the electrolysis for a few hours all the crub and oxygenation just falls. But yeah I get what you're saying. Nice one Dan, well done on the double silvers. Fields have been cut this end, coil to the soil at last, will be hitting that tomorrow. I have had 8 silvers from the top field, so hopefully add to that number very soon. Got to be gold there somewhere, fingers crossed. All the best and HH. Good luck on your fields it is indeed coil to the soil. Yep I spent a good hour checking that everyone that entered had temporary set there account so I could check that they was subbed unfortunately about 30% didn't which I asked as it was a subs only competition. It so I can try and keep it as fare as possible because about 6 people entered and definitely wasn't subscribers. Hope you understand.
@@DIRTDIGGERDAN my field detect today threw up a silver pendant and a silver sixpence, a hammered copper coin, loads of viccy, eddie, and george pre-decimals, oldest was a 1865 Farthing, a tiny buckle and a couple of nice military buttons, plus the usual modern. On the whole a rewarding hunt. Out again tomorrow. HH if you are.

Hi yeah it the nokta makro one its a little pricey but the do make good solid digging tools
The newer update is good. I like the iron sound. I did pull up a viccy six Pence in good nick. 1888😅
Yeah the iron definitely sounds better now. The separation is crazy good i thought the Nox 800 was good but that silver 3p next to that two inche iron that blow me away. Well done on the viccy

I couldn't check your subscription status. Quite a few others are in the same boat. I did ask if everyone could make sure that I can. Unfortunately I couldn't check your subscription. Status as you have it set to private i did ask everyone to temporarily set it so I could see. I spent about an hour checking everyone that put im in it to win it. You wasn't the only about 30% didn't do it either and a couple of people i know didn'tdo it and they didn't get on the list. Sorry just trying to make it as far as possible.
You really need to learn how to pinpoint, I've never seen anyone dig a hole that an excavator would struggle to make.
