I agree with you. English gives you many benefits in your life: Better jobs, more fun (you can speak with foreigners), more opportunities (wives from other countries, some 'lucky chances' when meeting random people, being able to watch and read English content, means you have access to more and maybe better sources of education as well,...But the English that they teach you in school here is also pretty much not the best I heard. In Vietnam it's the same, almost no one can speak English. Even not the students in the biggest cities...

There will be for sure some fails in the future...at least I can say that I cannot really go to action parks with roller coasters, loopings, spinning around, upside down and so on. My body hates it so much and I totally get sick. But I will visit some action parks, just for the normal roller coasters and simple loopings hehe

During Idul Fitri it is forbidden to Fast , however we have what we call : Syawalan, it's a fasting after Idul Fitri that lasts for 6 days, and this year every Muslim can start to do Syawal Fasting on April 22nd. You should experience Halal Bihalal, every body visits families and neighbors, at work place too, silaturahmi, kids usually received some cash as reward for doing a good job fasting, and I remembered exchange gifts with cousins in Indonesia during Idul Fitri.. 🙏🙏
