I’m looking at buying a time et bc I mainly street ride, it seems to be a decent step up I have a Segway 260 rn and am gonna sell it, could you help me with the upgrades that are needed bc i hear stock it isn’t great but im not jumping it, jus riding it, is it worth selling my Segway for a time? Or going gas and getting a duke390…. But i love electric, how are the gears, do you need them? Is it a slipper clutch?
@@evanyancey8497 if you're into ebikes than motocycle then I won't recommend this bike because it looks and feel like a motocycle, but if you want a motocycle then definitely go with it. One thing to do is change the stock controller and throttle and its a perfect street bike, I wouldn't recommend it for dirt riding/jumps but if you want a street bike then its perfect 👌
also curious if theres a regen or assisted braking or something like that that can be taken out or turned off because it almost feels like even the TINIEST amount of back brake its IMPOSSIBLE to bring the wheel up maybe thats just me? but it feels like there is some type of assisted braking
what street tyres do you have? and is there anything youd reccomend getting for wheeling i have one right now and its completely stock n im curious what you have on yours and what youd reccomend for it
Shinko705 dual sports but they are on the heavy side, if you don't mind the weight the go for it.. it might be changing mine soon to some lighter ones.. if you want to wheelie this bike you have to do it in second gear, this the stunt gear, first gear is very powerful it will flip the bike, so I would day practice in second.
1 more thing, my bike doesnt clutch kick it makes a very awful banging noise when i pull in clutch and rev is that normal? and are you able to clutch kick yours?
What you mean by clutch kick? And I honestly only use my clutch when I wnat to change gears, which I don't most of the time, but mine doesn't make any weird noise when I pull the clutch in. Did you check to see if enough oil is in the engine as well?
@@kadeenE-moto well I've bought mine used from marketplace 😅 so I don't even know if there's oil in there and it's my 1st bike so I'm rather new are there things you suggest me opening up n taking a look at? and what do you mean by engine?
@@kadeenE-moto and mine doesn't make the noise when I pull it its only when I pull it in and rev in gear so like when the clutch is pulled in and twisting the throttle at the same time that's how you do a clutch kick or clutch up on a normal dirtbike its supposed to make wheelies easier
@@user29492 ohhh no I don't do that with mine all I do is power wheelie, I feel like I would damage the internet gears if im no do that. I did try already tho
No need to open it just look at the side of the engine, you should see a little clear glass it will show how much oil is inside the bike, if the oil is like at half way then its good
That time has got to be a riot and sounds sur ron is top Noth and unique in a way I haven't seen

Mine doesn't have regen, that's probably just the engine brake, or check it the chain too tight maybe.
Fire combo
You using a hand rear brake? If so how have you put that together?

No issues so far still going strong
