I loved how the corridor just changed into level! Number 1 rule: NEVER EVER go anywhere with an exclamation mark in the backrooms, because that is a guaranteed gateway to level !.
Level ! is actually a relatively easy part of the Backrooms to survive as long as you are in good physical shape. It's a narrow hallway that only goes in one direction, as long as you keep running you're pretty much guaranteed to survive.
I mean, you'd really have to be in good shape. Like, run six miles and avoid obstacles that are blocking your path as you're running, good. But I guess if you can do that, you're good.
@amogus Sub level !-! has safe areas... sometimes, no guarantees. Also not a straight line so there's a lot more variability in one's ability to survive. If your like me and going to get badly winded running 1 mile. I'd rather be there, at least have a shot at survival. If I was in good shape I'd definately pick ! your very likely to survive.
