Finally someone giving Brienne some love. She is by far my favourite archer followed by maul. Solid ult, solid damage, solid attack speed and the ability to 1 tap a wave in both aoe and anti air arena.
lets dont forget that she can do slow-but-steady DOT, plus AOE stun. man. the only thing i dont max her is just having good Nightmare fighters. Livian is top-tier tank for sure!!
Daemon in my opinion is underrated. Was very useful against priest of rain or as calypso chase target or against tentacles that spawn in different location. His 17 sec respawn time(at least at me with my gear) plus the blood mania and blood coil can wipe the opponents in his area helping in melee raid like last resort if things go crazy at some point or against that creatures that jump in to the water if the main defender or fighter in that area become overpowered by enemies.
So far I've randomly drawn 6 Lightlocke without having to use fusion or awaken-materials, so for me he's been the best "pound for pound" value. One of the very first epic heroes I got was Idril and since then I've been completely addicted to using her on all sorts of content. Her ultimate with unlimited range is like a "save me!" button on first-try tracks during the campaign. I've spent materials developing her to awaken 5 - that's how much I love using her. She's game changing in the beginning and she works into the reds.
We are waiting for this collab! Also I just finally completed the storyline quest and i got Volka this morning and yes her design is so good like what you guys said. Also her Sustain and lifesteal for allies are very nice! Completely free for f2p players :D
BTW Ivy's comment about Tide setting your success rate to 0% if the BP is in the red gave me instant progression. All I did was slot in come characters with "overrated" BP and it moved me forwards 3 steps. Even though the heroes I slotted in are "worse", it was just about getting my number up to match the Flood number. Crazy. That's so mobile game of them.
Livian lacks the base stats to stay into endgame, but she is good enough to use at least until GR1-18 and Artifact 17 so you can get started. She finds homes in so much content because her passive dmg reduction is enormous, and with glacier set she does enough damage to clear a lane that other tanks would need a dps partner to hold. She is worth 6* and skillups as soon as possible, she's an account accelerator.
@@drwps. it's just that she is strong enough to tank up to that point as a 5*! After those stages, the difficulty is like 5 times harder... It's a totally different game where you almost need specific legendaries or crazy gear. In both cases, livianne 6* rly doesn't matter. (if you struggle in void rift, why not!) Of course, since it's a game, the only really think you need to optimize is your FUN so upgrade the characters you love!! If you want to go the furthest, as fast as possible, I would recommend to wait until you have at least 1 or 2 aoe mages, 3 fighters and 3 marksman as a 6 star before upgrading a tank. 1 aoe mages with boost units and debuff units like Emily for GR 1, 3 marksman for GR3, and 3 fighers DPS for melee raids. If with that you have guild boss specialist like deimos or tauriel with a classic f2p nightmare team, it's even better.
I have Dalyn and Narvi, and I havent used them. I think I will build one of them. I was doing all the in game fusions and Livian is one of the best. Shes better than any on the other defenders I have pulled. Im 27 days in. Murder Inc does a Nightmare video where he uses decimus to get extra time to redeploy more champs/ do a little more damage after the dragons hit them with the fireballs or if they arent going to break the shield. 34:56 That tan goblin mage two characters to the right of Voltus did a ton of damage in my faction trial. I was shocked. When it comes around to that faction again, I will see if he still holds his own.
I actually don't understand the spenders mindset myself. The reason I enjoy these games is to see how far I can advance FTP. I'm 11 days in, have 2 6* champs (Arrogance and Khamet) and am crunching through content. I can hit the top chest on NM1 guild boss, but I THINK I'm wasting my time on NM2 (am 80 blood from reward 2 on it, my whole team dies on the first breath after promotion :P) I've hit 11 on the GR 2 & 3 (so, getting my first Mythic gear. Even if it has literally ALL been garbage. I'm still in purple gear on a LOT of champs) I'm up to the extreme difficulties on promotion raids and I've cleared normal campaign up to chapter 9 (but haven't attempted any bc it suggests BP over 600k, and I only have around 200k) but I have unlocked Expert campaign. I've had pretty good luck (I also pulled Setram, Abomination and Nocturne) but round out my team with lightlocke and Livian (two fusions) I actually DID spend for once bc I was pulling for Vortex and got through 3k diamonds and 40 odd crystals. £5 for Eona and the diamonds that got me Vortex on literally my last pull . Now, the glaring weakness here is Livian... but I'm actually ridiculously proud of my speedy advancement. I have SO MUCH to do that I'm done on pulls until a tempting 10x rolls around (I was REALLY glad I watched some content and learned that 2x events only apply to leggos... and I'm not sure I have resources to invest in more atm. 4 of the ones I have are worth maxxing and that will likely take months :P) Pushing hard without spending *is* the game for me >< (and I don't regret giving the devs £5 for an epic champ. I've had WAY more than £5 of fun :P... I may even get the privilege card when I'm farming high enough GR) MVPs for me: Narvi. At lvl 13 JUST from using her on teams, coupled with Decimus, I can auto GR2 lvl 11, at BP 129k~ Just throwing cheap or "unkillable" units at the right time is HUGE. I just retired Cuke from my boss team. lvl 30, 4 stars awaiting fusion... and he was doing almost as much damage as a 6* until NM boss one shot him ^^ He's DEFINITELY a must use (literally at lvl 30, stack hp/speed gear) ALL of the starter heroes. I used Rex until I could fuse Livian, and he's still my backup tank. I still use Camille if I need more healers (Vortex will probably retire her from most content) A level 30 Voltus remained relevant for FAR longer than I thought possible and I'm kinda sad I probably don't level him more. Borut is replaced with Ain but I honestly used Borut way more on te board and he was fine, Marri is a control powerhouse (until I can awaken some other champs, she's just straight up better... and she doesn't REALLY need levels bc she's not doing damage) I even pulled all 3 of the "potential Marksmen" and they're ALL solid (I wish I hadn't invested into Tauriel first, bc I think Theowin has more potential longterm) Speaking of, to round out the praise for their FTP model... the first three fusions are all VERY viable. Not sure on the last one, but he's needed for Abom... so who cares? :P Add in Eona for a fiver and I can imagine she can carry quite well (my Khamet is doing that)
I'm big fan of livian, i have her 4 star somehow built, ( i have 10 6* and clear mythic only raids) and still use her in mid-late game when i need that third defender (didn't get isolde).
29:40 omg no wonder I got demolished on my second attempt, but I barely gained any BP and breezed through it after, I was like "wtf? I barely got stronger why was it impossible to win before???" ah so Tide the BP is required.
i used decimus a lot for stalling cos of his super fast revival time in the last boss of void rift, you can use him to either stall the boss(not reccomended as he will get to his big smash and you kinda wanna dps him down before he does that) or in the middle bottom lane if you have a weak tank there you can buy time to dps the guys that do big dmg

Volka - someday lol stuck on getting GR1 - 15 that is required, which is hard if you’re not pulling mages and the gear requirement and setup for light lock to work that high is a bit hard for new game play
Main thing is learn the game and strategies. Heroes in this game are like a Lamborghini, they are awesome and do good, but if you don’t know how to use them, they aren’t gonna do much more than a normal car(hero).
It's annoying to test but they should do as they are both flat stat bonuses. If they were named such as with 'inspiration' or 'vulnerability (m dmg)' only the higher effect works.
I haven't spent any money in the game yet and I feel my account is stacked with epics. I got 3 Tazira. Shes an archer. Her design reminds me of Woad Painted from Raid. I'm building her after seeing her rapid fire special attack. She seems perfect for a critical build. I also like Marri. The mage girl that freezes. Y'all mentioned her. Shes a must build for me too. I'm new so I don't really know who's who as far as top champs. I'm going in blind and kinda figuring things out on my own.

@@adrianD4 I started building her and she is my 2nd favorite hero next to Raazak. I upgraded her skills and awakened her and promoted her to 5 stars. She is already a DPS monster and I don't even have the critical gear yet. I also learned as you upgrade her skills, her attack speed increases for each monster on the field. If I can get the gear to boost her crit rate and crit damage, she is going to be a beast for every area of the game. I like figuring out these heroes and she was the first one I feel like I figured out and started making plans for. She's going to be one of my top epics for damage.
Just a joke. In the game ur first epic is like ur starter Pokémon. It’s guaranteed to be 1 of these four epic marksmen: Tazira, Tauriel, Theowin, and Brienne

@aloyofnora3224 never picked up Raid. Did summoners war way way back, first gatcha. Then off and on others. Just playing this, Disltye and Star Rail. Only reason I tried this one was I like TD games and thought why not give it a shot.
@@SuziPlaysYT Like I said all comes down to luck on pulls. You need pretty good champs and gear to pull off some of the quests. I dont have enough good AOE mages to pull off the current quest I am on for the Gear A1 15 where I am stuck. But then again maybe just lot to do with knowledge on what team comps to use too.

Take anything IvyLee says with a grain of salt. I used to follow her Eternal Evolution videos but she constantly provided incorrect/misleading information. I just can't support content creators that mislead players that are possibly new and watching these videos to get help and I don't recommend anyone else support that type of creator either.

I am using Cyrene to summon costly heroes, she is very critical especially when the hero costs 29 and she allows for a quicker deployment
Very cool hero but she is not f2p. You have to lucky to summon random epics. All these heroes are rares or free heroes

I haven't spent any money in the game yet and I feel my account is stacked with epics.
I got 3 Tazira. Shes an archer. Her design reminds me of Woad Painted from Raid. I'm building her after seeing her rapid fire special attack. She seems perfect for a critical build.
I also like Marri. The mage girl that freezes. Y'all mentioned her. Shes a must build for me too.
I'm new so I don't really know who's who as far as top champs. I'm going in blind and kinda figuring things out on my own.
Tazira carried me the whole game, I have her at 6/5 awk 5, 150 bonus atk spd, 35% crit rate and she carried me until mid-game. I could get a lot more out of her but I lack equipment, gold and energy to get her even stronger.
So far she got me to GR3 - lvl 13, in arena she does great for me + add ignore def on crit hits artifact on her she will do even more.
@@adrianD4 I started building her and she is my 2nd favorite hero next to Raazak. I upgraded her skills and awakened her and promoted her to 5 stars. She is already a DPS monster and I don't even have the critical gear yet.
I also learned as you upgrade her skills, her attack speed increases for each monster on the field.
If I can get the gear to boost her crit rate and crit damage, she is going to be a beast for every area of the game.
I like figuring out these heroes and she was the first one I feel like I figured out and started making plans for.
She's going to be one of my top epics for damage.

Just a joke. In the game ur first epic is like ur starter Pokémon. It’s guaranteed to be 1 of these four epic marksmen:
Tazira, Tauriel, Theowin, and Brienne
@@fastidious_gg Ah! Thank you. Got it. I thought it was Theowin every time. I have 3 accts and got him as first epic every time. I do want Tauriel on my main as I have her on my second and she's carrying me on damage.
you could use decimus to survive a wipe attack in guild boss thus being able to continue attacking

Smart build. Personally I haven’t tried her so my judgment isn’t very fair
Everyone says Tazira is the worst of the marksman to get on that rigged first summon
If you mention Heros please post the photo so we know who your talking about, I don’t memorize all HEROS at it help if you mentioned you show the photo of the Heros.

When he gets awakened to one one of his attacks gets stunned I find out that crach works better when the enemies are clustered together
Trust me abomination does more damage then crach. Maybe you need to fix your build

@@fastidious_gg That sounds impressive! I'm on day 30 and I'm stuck on hero path X. GR 2 have to get 2 Styx items. It seems practically impossible to push that far in GR's ATM.

Same day I got her I got regalus crach but I used crach Aracha Silas and razaak on gear raid 3 12-15

I put crach at the back by the soul core had nyx across the harpies had Silas at the front theowyn on the other side Aracha in the middle. Razaak on the left outside then left side by the soul core khumet

Was stuck abit before this 1+1 had no legendary marksman for gr3 but manage to pull hatsut+silas just what i needed still need a zilitu or salazar then i think i can clear everything

@aloyofnora3224 never picked up Raid. Did summoners war way way back, first gatcha. Then off and on others. Just playing this, Disltye and Star Rail. Only reason I tried this one was I like TD games and thought why not give it a shot.

@@SuziPlaysYT Like I said all comes down to luck on pulls. You need pretty good champs and gear to pull off some of the quests. I dont have enough good AOE mages to pull off the current quest I am on for the Gear A1 15 where I am stuck. But then again maybe just lot to do with knowledge on what team comps to use too.
@@MindlessTubeI got her in almost 1 month, the real wall block for her is the lvl16 enhance artefact quests if you didn't get the gold from global launch reward.
@@sturzuus I added some strong players with SS champs to assist seemed to help me. So maybe it is doable in less time. I on the clear E4 13 quest now.

Take anything IvyLee says with a grain of salt. I used to follow her Eternal Evolution videos but she constantly provided incorrect/misleading information. I just can't support content creators that mislead players that are possibly new and watching these videos to get help and I don't recommend anyone else support that type of creator either.
