I will say it's quite exciting
Lane did more foot work,so he mightbhas better cardio. His opponent also looked a weight category above. I'm impressed by Lane's quickness when he steps back and when he attacks,he was clearly superior. I really appreciate bare knuckle boxing, it's fast paced,brutal and the action is compact.

Lane's style right now reminds me a lot of McGregor in his prime. Open guard; Superb in and out movement and distancing with a focus on counter-punching. I see him feint and set up things he doesn't follow up on though. Probably out of respect and the sheer risk of a bare fist landing. Still, I think he has unpredictability on his side with the way he moves and conditions his opponent; he should capitalize on it.

Shows how good ex ufc fighters are compared to the average fighter. Elite fighters they are.

When I see fighters in the position Bostwick was in where they can’t find the reach on their power hand. I really believe if they close the same distance but then switch stance while moving forward by stepping the rear foot in front (putting Bostwick into a southpaw position) they would then be able to throw a power shot with the range that they had with their lead hand prior to the step. And if that doesn’t reach they can just switch while closing distance stepping forward again with the rear foot and throw another power shot. This can either begin by jabbing with the hand you then throw the power shot with after the shift. For example if you are in an orthodox position you would throw a left jab, then step forward with your right foot switching into southpaw and throw the power left hand( the jab can help disguise the shift and possibly trap the opponent onto there back foot making them a more stationary target for the power shot ) or one could even throw a jab with the rear hand as it comes forward with the rear foot stepping into a leading position and immediately follow it up with the power shot in a quick 1,2 succession. Not everyone is comfortable switching stances but with practice I believe this is effective. Especially if delivered accurately. Not every shot needs to be super powerful. As long as your are touching your opponent you are creating opportunities in my opinion. Also I understand there are dangers in advancing forward especially mid stance change as you temporarily open up. But with some well trained head movement, good timing and trickery this technique can still be utilised. 💪❤️🙏😌
