Not a pro when it comes to filming but I am a music video and a cinema nerd and whenever cuts and edits follow beats and rhythms of the songs, it kinda gets me into their groove. Like for example here, when the band bows down to the drums, the singer stomps to the breakdown or even the short rewind-shots of Poppy makes sense. Really a cool video with Blair Witch vibes!
I'm sure this is the most kinaesthetic music video I have ever seen! The close up of the slo-mo guitar strings vibrating, the condensation on the camera lens when Poppy screams at it and the way it almost freeze frames Bryan's dancing. I hope this whole song project wins some awards- it deserves to. It's an example of everything falling into place perfectly.
