    I know nothing about music. I know very little about tabs, and I only know a few mandolin chords. But in the key of A, on the F#minor, if you move your pinky up a fret, you have a pretty workable D. Thanks for the lesson.

    its very difficult to play the non open chords and they sound like crap...a lot of wotk to sound crappy.....mandolin is better for just picking tunes with a few open 2 finger chords

      Yes, the open chords sound nice but I disagree that the non open chords sound like crap. If you’re expecting it to sound like a guitar, then you’ll never be happy. Thanks for tuning in.

      Some people like talking, some don’t. If you don’t like the talking, you can turn the sound off, but I can’t have a magic button that adds words for the people who need it. Thanks for watching.
