If you are hitting the video games or cardio to late at night, that could be a reason for the lack of sleep. It can over stimulate you even though people say it helps them to relax. Just a thought. One day :) There is Phil Wharton too - will help your longetivity via mobility and lengthening muscles (plus he has the same great nutritional info though he is not a nutritionist)

Bodybuilders spend all day long ducking creditors and people they owe money to. They spend all day scamming and hustling. They tend to not have their shit together. They tend to have credit in other peoples names - phone, car etc. Basically the life of a serious bodybuilder isn’t what they present to you. They’re very transient and unreliable. No bank accounts. Gaps in between employment. Everything is a story with them. Shady. Secretive. Suspicious.
