Here's a twist -- the spell needed to bring his beloved back to life requires a heart given up willingly--Caspar tries to use a loophole through his contract's fee, but the spell sticks to the wording that it has to be one given up willingly by the person it's taken from (not by the person willing to take it in the first place), otherwise the spell is temporary--for a single day--for the times it does work. He doesn't realize the loophole doesn't work or refuse to realize it doesn't, so he's pretty much stuck in business.

You granted my dream for a male cover, to start with. Guess I'd better give you my heart.
A stranger walked into Caspar's tavern, greeted by his standard niceties. Nobody else was in, as it was eight in the morning.
"I've heard you can grant wishes," they said.
"Well, maybe," Caspar replied with a glint in his eyes. "What were you thinking?"
"You know the village monster hunter? I'm his ex. He knows full well the zombies and dragons mean no harm and only attack in self defense. He knows the witches and vampires are people too and are as varied as humans. He knows nothing he hunts is a likely threat. He hunts for the fun of it and he's abusive as all hell. I just want his intentions to come to light."
"Huh. Most people just ask for riches," Caspar remarked, handing the stranger the contract. "Sign this."
The stranger read it thoroughly, unnerving Caspar a little.
"So I have to kill someone?" They asked.
"And bring me their heart, yes. But surely you hate the monster hunter enough to kill him?"
The stranger averted their eyes. "Yes, but I can't. He's stronger and smarter than me. But I know someone I can kill."
They signed the contract, took a knife from the bench, and slit their throat. Caspar was dumbfounded. He knew this'd bring back his spouse. He'd needed a human heart, given up willingly by a human, but he didn't even need the loophole anymore. This person really wanted this man to be brought down.
There were two very important things to do.

I like how you can clearly tell how the character (The person you view from they perspective in this video who signed the contract) feels or have experiences. Let's say this a male. At the start of when He enters, it is said:

"And that Violin"
A Violin meaning that the person is a music artist. He do songs for a living and they're generally normal. He seem quite fine with they life. However they seek a desire. However they could get any dream they want, it's when the requirement for the dream was made being a Human Heart that They have killed.

You can tell this wasn't what He was expecting. He generally was going to expect an item of his to be transfer or atleast money. When he heard that however, everything was flip onto its head onto the next part which the lyrics go:

Put down the *GIN* , a distilled alcoholic drink. The person you are viewing legit was drinking they own a-- off after the deal and couldn't handle the amount of pressure and what must be required for that type of dream. This made them basically start drinking. They didn't want to kill so he try talking out of the contract

The lack of emotions you can't see but know are being experience just from the point of view of Caspar truly tells alot of how much the person you viewing from they perspective has experienced.

I gotta say, I love the small little differences in visuals from the original version! Some of Caspar's frames has just a bit more malice compared to Cassandra's. That dark shadow over his eyes when they are open, the fact his eyes are red instead of Cassandra's pink, and THAT FRAME WITH HIS ARMS CROSSED AND THAT EVIL SMILE! I know the original's tonal discontinuity is intentional and artistic and stuff but GOSH those things give him just that small visual tint of evil that I feel adds to the experience.
