Is really easy to encrypt a file, host it on any obscure temp file cloud and give a download link. I don't think this would be a viable market as the thing is perfect for piracy, but someone should've tried that at least.

So if you would like to do such livestreams they would have to be done on the clear net, and there were at least a few of such cases. And in the netherlands they discovered rooms for it, with camers as some mafia bosses wanted to punish someone in that way, but it never went live. Despite that there may exist such telegram groups with such a thing but against animals, not humans. And of course there are snuff creators but i never came across a situation of someone livestreaming it. So in conclusion redrooms exist or not depending on your definition, snuff creators are doing these things for money but its not live i think. And there are some bdsm or other shit livestreams which you can also kinda count as it. But for sure there was no a website hosting such things, especally not in darknet as its literally impossible. You confused the visible web with the deep web. The visible web is actually only 10% because it's made of publicly accessible sites that don't require a login. That's why most of the web is deep web because without being logged in with specific accounts, you can't access things like private community forums, chat groups/rooms/apps, non-public social media posts or accounts, corporate administration interfaces etc.

at first i didn't believe it but there was a crime that happened months ago here when a 15 years old from another country asked an adult man from my country to kill another random 14 years old and film it while doing it while mutilating the corpse.
When the adult was arrested and confessed his crime he led them to the 15 years which was arrested and deported here, he admitted that it was for these kind of sites because the footage sell for lots of money and said it wasn't his first time doing it
