So for the most part a lot of people on the tiers are interchangeable especially for A+ tier Kamusari is not Odens attack it’s Rogers but I could not remember if he had conquerors haki or not I my placement for him would not change either way which is why I have him by Zoro who also has conquerors and Kaido may regard him higher but that does not change the fact that he fought a kaido 20 years ago so he could’ve been much weaker at the time Warcury was not pushed back easily his conqueror haki feats were impressive and luffy hurt his hand attacking stating that he was harder than kaido that’s a big deal Benn Beckmann has no feats but like I said he is shanks right hand in a similar vain to Roger and Rayleigh and Luffy and Zoro so there is a good chance that Ben Beckman is as strong as Shanks but due to his lack of feats I didn’t put him in S tier Garp took on Kuzan and half of black beards crew at the same time and had one the best advanced conquers haki showing in the series Sengoku was stated to be on the same level as him so that’s why he’s up their Mihawk is the best swordsman yes but shanks most likely has other abilities on other than swordsmanship that make him stronger Garling who is probably shanks dad is the same and he just became a gorosei so he most likely has new zoan/demon abilities as well and regeneration and immortality there’s more to it but you get the gist I really appreciate the support
