  • Boards are now working!
    • MintyPiPico boards work!
I shrank the PicoPad project down to the size of an Altoids Smalls tin, even smaller than the Minty Pi. I call it the MintyPiPico. Since then, there has been so much interest, I've decided to make circuit boards so people can build one more easily. If this works, all you'll need to build one is:
The main board and LCD board
Membrane buttons and hard button set
    The LCD display
    An RP2040-Zero or RP2350-Zero board
An FPC flex cable to connect the main board to the LCD board
    A Li-polymer battery
    3D-printed base and LCD frame
A small cell phone sized speaker
    Some 30GA wire wrap wire
And of course...a tin of Altoids Smalls!
There are build instructions for MintyPiPico prototype #2, search for MintyPiPico on hackster.io
Here is the introduction video: • Introducing the Minty ...
Stay tuned as I test these first prototypes!

The prototype boards are working! Just a few hiccups, but they will go up for sale in a month or two.
    1. Needed to add a resistor and diode to get the power ON/OFF circuit to turn OFF reliably, and
    2. I had to respin the display board due to the connector being on the wrong side - D'oh! That board order is on the slow boat, plus Chinese New Year, so I won't have everything buttoned up until late February.
But very excited about the potential for these boards.😁

Very professional looking boards. I hope it goes together smoothly. I had no idea these mini Pi Picos had additional pinouts. Great stuff Scott!
