Thanks for the comment. That's what it is! A washed-up old hockey has-been having some fun on the TH-cam! I'm not pretty enough to be an influencer.....
Awesome video. Enjoyed your commentary. Just ordered my 3.0 extended version step thru foldable e-bike. Love sharing your real life experiences. Keep rock & rolling!
Truly appreciate your channel! You can get one of those folding or a sliding ramp for pets to get in or out of your vehicle. Got another like and a new subscriber God bless and stay safe out there!!
Just got a Lectric 3.0 so excited to get out there. I am worried about moving it as I have a Chevy Silverado. Looking at two ways now. 1) 50 gallon tub with wheels like yours. But will not be able to pick up so going to try a dog ramp. 2) Quick rack. Will see. Thanks for the info. Happy travels
Enjoyed the video. I'm just learning how to fold and unfold mine. It's the same one you have. Thanks for mentioning to remove the battery to lighten it up. Good tip.
Fun to watch. I got the GoTrak F2 which is identical to that one. I have to say that you handle that 60 pounds bike pretty well for your age. Great idea, the container to move it around. It is really a challenge to lift.
Thanks for the comment and subscribing! I always remove the battery for transport, which gets it down to 56 lbs. I have to work a little at the weight lifting abilities..lol. I may be seasoned, but I ain't dead yet!
@@mbrown89 I am pass 70 and live on a 4th floor apartment with no elevator. i had that strange idea before I purchase my bike to bringing it up every night. Oouch ! didn't realize what 60 pounds (yes 56, without the battery) feels like. Suffice to say that the bike IS staying on the first floor now !😂😆🤣
I'm a 5 foot tall 76 year old . I'm now looking at the lighter "One" Lectric (already hava a trike). Your video was really helpful!!! I have a great bike rack that I have previously used for my Pedego. I think you've helped me make the decision to go with the ONe versus the XP 3.0 because of the weight and folding issues. How old and tall are you? I'm curious about shorter people and the step over height of both of these "step through" bikes because even these are going to be a "stretch" for my legs from lowest seat to the ground. Thanks for any advice.
Thanks for the comment and subscribing to the channel. I'm 5'7. 69 years old and in pretty good shape. The step through eliminates the issue that I sometimes have with my left hip. It is true, the bike is fairly heavy, but all eBikes are...The XP Lite could be what you're looking for.
When I got mine, I think like alot of people I imagined just using the throttle like a motorcycle but you find that you really mostly use that just to get up and going....for me the real thrill is the pedal assist 5 setting...what an easy and fast ride. on roads with peaks and valleys...its ok, but when I take it on the Erie canal with those nice long flat paths....the breeze from the wind as you ride, it really zips along. one downer, the battery drains too fast, you need to bring a backup if you plan on going any serious distance because its too much work on anything under pedal assist 4. I think they gave us those ridiculous distance numbers based on pedal assist 1 or 2 which is like pedaling a bike while towing a cart with bricks. all in all I still love it though, its sturdy and strong.
Ya..in Florida, it's flat and rides really well. Windy where I am, but the PA eliminates that issue! I'm currently camping in the Chattahoochee National Forest, the hills challenge the bike. Appreciate your comment! My space battery is on order...peace
Thanks for the tip about the forearm protection sleeves. In my old age I’ve become very thin skinned (physically!) and my forearms are a mess of bruises. Looks like shit! THANK YOU!
Sir, I'm pretty old and considering another step through. I didn't like my first one, especially carrying 40 pounds on my rear rack. I started ebiking a few years ago at 64 years old. Does it feel solid like a srepover, like I have now? I have sore legs allot, thank you. Ride safe.
Good informational video :) I have the same bike and have been looking for ways to transport this similar to the way you do it. Could you share where you got the 50 gallon? Cheers and keep up the excellent content 😊
Nice video. Thank you so much. Not a criticism. Just feedback. Even though some viewers may prefer the music, I think it's possible you might get more views without the music.
This is such a real video, he’s experiencing all the problems any of us might encounter since we are not professional e-bike influencers 😅

We just ordered some of these bikes-excited to get them. The crate with wheels is a fantastic idea.
I am really enjoying mine! Thanks for your comment and liking and subscribing! Enjoy the ride!

Have you tryed turning the tub on end and rolling tie bike into it? Then you don't have to lift it over the side of the tub.
Great suggestion! I'll give that a whirl! Appreciate the feedback
We really enjoyed your video. Hope to pick up one tomorrow, and you had good hints.
@@NCSenior Thanks for the kind words. One thing to note...I've gotten better at this over time. I do like the bike a lot...Fun to ride!

It's very solid, but it is heavy. 64 lbs with the battery and seat attached. Around 56 without the battery.
Keep it up 💪
