Because both the bull and outer bull is worth 50 in the game so they're almost sure of hitting it every time much more frequently than treble 20's anyway.
ok people in soft tip the bull is worth 50 no matter what single or double its not split bull they are all worth 50 and its a larger area than the triple 20 thats why they aim at it

このルールの場合、ブルはアウターブル含めて50点なので、20トリプルより狙いやすく、点を稼ぎやすいためだと思います。
your right about the bullseyes, but the only reason bullseyes are 25 and 50 in steel tip is becuase they play master in/master out!
