I think the way you are swirling microfiber cloth on your car is not correct. it should be unidirectional, otherwise you risk a lot of swirl marks. You rotatory style is the main reason for swirl marks

Don't wash your car in direct sunlight. Wash your car under the roof top shade. If not possible either you wash in the early morning or late afternoon.
