- Of The Abyss brings forth a more ominous, darker soundscape elevated by haunting orchestration and bludgeoning drumming. The blackened tones add another level of aggression to the mix as the unrelenting instrumentation refuses to offer up any kind of reprieve from its relentless assault. As well as being particularly intricate, the riff work is also ridiculously addictive and is neatly topped off with a phenomenal sweeping solo that ushers in further insanity.
Everyone else is commenting how the production and the music itself is top notch, which it is. But can we just take a moment to appreciate how poetic the lyrics are? Not just on this but this whole EP. Just pure poetry man.

To be fair if you just discovered them then your fine. This is actually the first work the band has put out with Will Ramos as the vocalist. You tuned in at a perfect time my dude. The older lorna shore is good with CJ as the vocalist but I prefer Will. Also not a big fan of older lorna shore cause im not a big tom barber fan. They have always been a good band though no matter what vocalist they have.
