Clay Holmes isn't terrible. He's really good, but he is not a closer. Boone needs to flip flop him and weaver. I think weaver deserves a shot or two to close games.
Only the Yankees had Marinara Sauce but no more 😢 , let’s hope they do better tomorrow and they don’t need Holmes because he can’t take the pressure obviously 🙄!!!

Pretty simple measure available to us and the Yankee brass....... Our closer is SCARED TO THROW A FASTBALL. Same happened when Chapman was struggling. If the closer won't throw a FB, he's gotta go. He has no confidence, and we have even less confidence in him. Continuing to march him out there is mismanagement
No manager in their right mind would destroy one of the team’s players. I don’t particularly blame Boone , the problem is roster construction plus organizational philosophy. This is a Cashman’s issue
