Signs of the Fall was one of the best and catchiest tracks of ABGT250. I love to hear Trance built on songwriting and organic-sounding instrumentation. The sound is so much more adaptable than for just club bangers - and Andrew Bayer (alongside A&B, Ilan Bluestone, and Seven Lions) seems to understand this. Great stuff.
Maybe I've lost track of what trance seems to be these days but Signs of the Fall just doesn't sound like Trance to me. Can you imagine if Bayer had, instead of the typical meh drop, built up slowly to something powerful and melodic, uplifting, and emotional? The song would be so good everyone's head would explode. He is capable (Think 'Celestial'), but for some reason is favoring the same type of song construction. With that being said, still love the song, I just know if could have been so much better. And I do feel like I say that about a lot of AJB these days. Also, Ravenscar, I feel like Seven Lions mixes genres too much to make your point, IMO.

Did prefer this when it used to be called Trance around the world.
The music was different... The big breakdown style of GT helped them crack the US. You and I preferred the prog trance sound. C'est la vie...
Solarstone's pure trance radio is pretty amazing for quality progressive and trance. Although his voice can be a bit grating...
