- I need to machine 4 of these cylinders from cast billet for my little engine build. This video will be part 5 of the Sander Vercammen @slome815 4-stroke engine build. So sit back, relax, crack a tinny and get hammered watching Aaron Engineering.

Lovely job Aaron 👍 and it's always better to pull out! Made me chuckle 😂😂😂😂
Cheers Ian
G’day Ian and thanks mate. The cylinders came up a real treat, and I think 3 out of the 4 were on size 😝. Glad you got a chuckle from that ha ha ha
That was a good size bore in that cast billet. Quality chips on those big drills. Nice work!
G'day Steve and thankyou. It's very nice to hear from you mate. I hope you've been doing well. Yes that big drill bit took no prisoners as I fed it the fat through that cast billet. Cheers, Aaron.
G’day mate, thanks for another top video. Have a good one 👍🇦🇺
Thanks Mark. I'm trying to post more reqular content these days. I'm aiming for 3pm every Friday. Cheers mate, Aaron.
Lovely Aaron. Good job on the fast forwarding as well. Ciao, Marco.
Thanks Marco. It's hard to judge sometimes where to do that or just let it play. Hope you've been doing well buddy. Cheers, Aaron.
Hi Aaron. Bloody good video. Very nice balance of editing live speed and faster speed in my opinion. Always difficult to judge. Great result on the cylinders - engine is looking superb. 👍
Hi Stuart and thank you for watching. I just popped over to your channel and subscribed mate. Nice shirt and hat by the way. Matty is actually a good mate of mine. Cheers, Aaron.
Cheers I appreciate the sub very much! Matty is a great bloke - I like his style and his craftsmanship.
❤ your new banner mate 👍👍
That cast cuts like butter eh?
Nice relaxing video .
👏👏👏

G'day Robert. Thanks mate, it was good fun making these. However, those bloody cast chips and dust are horrible stuff. I'm trying to publish a video every Friday at 3pm. Hopefully I can keep it up. Next week is another "shop math" video. Cheers Robert, regards monkey balls.
you make it look easy!👍👍👍👍👍
Hey buddy and thank you. Not to sure about making it look easy, I actaully call myself "Humpty Dumpty machining company" ha ha ha. Thanks again for popping by. Cheers, Aaron.
Nice work mate 👌🏻👌🏻
G'day JM and thanks for stopping by. I just popped over to your channel and subscribed. Nice work on that precission vice mate. Cheers, Aaron.
@ thank you I appreciate
Pro Show as usual.
Getting closer to being able to run one on a genset to power the workshop.
I’d like a battery 🔋 set up like yours. However I don’t think it will run the Phase Changer 🤔
If your going to wear gloves i can recommend the blue nitrile ones. They rip rather than grab if you catch one. Cheers
Thanks Peter. As a tradesman and shop teacher I would've kicked my students backside for wearing gloves, so I actually know better and don't usually wear them. But this bloody cast iron is terrrible stuff. Good tip on the blue nitrile gloves. I usually have the black ones, but ran out. Cheers, Aaron.
Man that’s a ton of CI chips.
Was that dura bar?
G'day Dean. To be honest I'm unsure what grade it was, as it was given to me. However, I know it's that continuous cast iron extrusion bar. Yes a ton of chips and it gets in bloody everywhere. Cheers, Aaron.
Good work young fella. Is it a V 4? BC
G’day Bernie. No mate, this is only a single cylinder 4-stroke engine. Regretfully, I offered to make 4 of these. 1 for me and 3 for some fellow teachers back at the TAFE. 🤦♂️
Some cute little boogers there. 👍
Thanks Tom. Yes those bloody cast chips and powdery dust gets in everywhere mate. Cheers 🍻
