7:19 windofnature doesnt work because Natan's passive converts his physical damage into magic damage. Essentially natan's basic attacks are magic damage, not physical (even though you have to stack physical weapons).
Goes to show even if you are a very good marksman without a good mage/tank/jg who don't give rotation to your lane you will struggle

I agree. That’s when you have to look out for urself 24/7 and make sure enemy jg dont gank you. A good mm will turn the game around. Without a good mage or tank, it’s difficult

It's not a bug and it's been like this since he got released.
His damage is counted as magic damage that's why wind of nature doesn't work.
You can counter him with radiant armour though.

Wind of nature is anti Physical means physical attack wont work. Natan skill and basic is mage thats why.

Natan's passive allows him to convert every physical attack and penetration into magical, in exchange of inability to get any magical attack and penetration from any magic items or emblem. (As far as I know)
It also bypasses Wind of nature if I'm not mistaken so that means Natan is the biggest counter for most mm since he deals magic dmg
@@randomdude5868 if im not mistaken the Unique Passive-Wind Chant is Immune to all physical damage, check it if you want you can read it in prep then items.And due to natan passive the physical item damage converted to magic damage and passive of wind of nature is immunity in physical damage in a period of time. So the natan can kill a hero using wind of nature.

Actually, Natan only can't gain magic pen. directly. Other stats such as magic power and lifesteal can still be gained.

I think the best build for natan is magic def boots, wind talker, berserker fury, demon hunter, blade of despair and last item wind of nature or endless battle or malefic according to situation, i like building endless battle.

Yeah wind of nature states that you will be immune to physical attacks for 2 seconds as a marksman True damage and magic damage basically bypasses its effects because they are different damage types tho true damage works as skill damage also so it works with vamp

Ever since they noticed that MPL Blacklist(Philippines) have been using the backdoor strat, but no minions, so they take the base allot that gets them to win the match.
Natan is basically ah magic dmg dealer general. Skills and basic attack. His physical item dmage is converted to magic dmg

The reason why you can't use wind of nature against Natan is that,Natan is a mm mage hybrid with magical basic attacks.....WON immunes physical damage and Natan doesn't have physical damage

If General is still wondering, Natan's passive turns physical damage to magic damage, and turns physical penetration to magic penetration.

Just played natan yesterday I’d say i prefer using standard mm build att speed and critical with inspire works better if playing gold lane also melts lord and tower easily

It wasn't the case, why they didn't use natan is because he gets countered easily by wind chant with radiant and Athena's is a counter too, now that he can deal damage with wind chant players makes him the best mm for killing other mm's

Natan is one of the heroes who can destroy your base solo without minions with the right build, and as he deals magic damage, you have the upperhand over enemy mm cos their wind of nature can't counter you :)
Athena shield can counter him bruh
I think radiant armor is the better way to counter him, since he is not burst

On Natan Malefic roar's phy PEN will be converted to magic PEN and that will hurt a lot

You cant use Wind of nature against Natan because he is magic damage for his basic attacks. Wind of nature only nullifies damage against physical damage.
Natans basic atk is magic dmg, he converts physical dmg to magic dmg that’s why WoN doesn’t work on him

Gen, the wind of nature neglects physical damage not basic ATK. That's why Natan deals damage to Hanabi through Wind of Nature, and physical skills will also have no effect on players with WoN
