But you can’t measure a persons individual success based on team achievements. Even stats don’t really show individual skill, because one guy might score 38 points but it’s because the coach let him take 25-30 shots that night or a guard like Luka/Westbrook might grab 12 rebounds but it’s because their team is letting them rebound the ball so the big men can get up court on the fast break. Sports can be very deceiving, especially basketball of all sports when it comes to measuring individual success because it’s so team oriented and there’s no many variables that effect the stat sheet.
