Dear in this video you just have driven thru the main road. I have been living here since 2004 when G. Abad was partially under development.
As of today in 2024 the major issues here are as follows:
No respobsible admin.
No water.
Low gas pressure.
No proper arrangement if sanitary system.
Maintenance charges too much without provision of utilities.
Dilapilated roads.
Abundance of stray dogs
Security problem
Undue charging of personal necessary materials at so called check points.
Worst market with full of debris domestic flies and insects.
No street light facility.
1000 Rs. Charging for water bouzers with 1 month delivery time.
This is now GULSHAN BARBAD and not GULSHAN ABAD.
