Hi I can see that you enjoy visiting railways of Great Britain. We are doing the same thing and have been for over 50 years. We have a TH-cam channel WOOLTMAN... This railway is on my list of ones to ride, so nice to see what it's like. We just cannot find out when it is open to the public. I didn’t know the railway was still around! 😮 Do they do public operating day? Can you become a member only as I have been involved with different miniature railway’s for many years now.
Hi - as far as I know there isnt a club to join? There are open days and gather they are adveertised in the local press but other than that I dont know - sorry. Thanks for looking
Hi Mike, I am sure a visit would be no problem - they are exceptionally nice people. May I suggest you ask people at BWLR or the "Narrow Gauge Railway Society", I am sure they can help.
Great railway & surrounds, immaculately maintained, but where's the track plan? How are the points operated, manual, electric or from a central control? How is the track laid, on the spot or prefaded else where? All these things have got to happen before you can play trains.

I went twice and it's amazing but the only problem is you need to know when it's open as it's open once or twice a year.

As a resident of Maidstone and a volunteer at BWLR I would love to come the next open day if you do such a thing!
