Solar switchboard

We like to rotate the different jobs we all do on each solar between groundman, roof crew, or switchboard guru.
for this job, I got the switchboard, which is nice because it's the least physical of the 3, and I was feeling yesterdays solar a bit.
Nice little 12 panel installed yesterday,
thats 42 panels this week for my team. That's not too bad for a rainy week and only 2 days on the roof.
I always found when I was an apprentice that there was a real lack of videos and online resources to help me. I think that most electricians are visual learners, I know I definitely am. So it's hard when we are expected to do 75% of our training in books. Because if this I've set out to start making a library of training and explanations to help my fellow electrical workers in areas they might be having trouble.
