SAME lol i am at travis and out house is like so old... don't get me wrong grateful for a house but legit same what's our 2600 going to, jersy bah was 1800 and our house was twice as big as the one here and my husband is higher rank here, but when we looked at houses off base for a shitty area and no yard 450,000 minimum. We have a big dog so we neeeeded a yard. California is crazy expensive.

Is this Balfour beatty ? I swear all the cabinets ,tile and carpet are the same in the old housing . Corvias housing at fort polk was pretty decent for us as lower enlisted . Fort stewart housing is horrible (Balfour beatty) our house had bad electric and we had a fire (thank god it was minor). Fort carson (Balfour beatty) we decided to live off post because they didn't have any nco housing open for our family size and offered us the ghetto old brick housing which was a down grade and they wanted full bah 😂😂😂. They make your old house look amazing . I highly suggest living off post at both stewart and fort carson .
shea 1234 I think so bc her housing was very similar to the old housing we lived in at Stewart (south Bryan) and the higher ranking housing is similar to the newer housing here at Carson.

It was Pinnacle (a.k.a. The Villages at Fort Irwin) when I was there from 2013 to 2015. They changed their name to American Military Communities in 2015 before we moved. I have no experience with Balfour Beatty, but Pinnacle/AMC is probably one of the worst housing companies EVER!
With all the BAH they take you'd think they would upgrade houses at least a tiny bit...

I had to live in barracks. I would have given anything to live as well as a married E-1. I don't feel sorry for these married soldiers one bit.
