I made a mistake on the Slashing fins ability for the screamers. When it flies over an enemy unit you need to roll a dice for each screamer in the unit and for each 5+ its a mortal wound, unless the unit is a wizard, in which case it becomes D3 mortal wounds.
@@WargroveofWoe No worries. Insane how just 40 is plenty. Shows you just how oppressive they could be once you add summoning, their old banner, and pre FAQ'd fold reality.
Never played AoS but have many years of playing Warhammer under my belt, sadly AoS seems to have the same issues that Games Workshop games useally has: unbalanced and too many rules. :/

This is very helpful. Starting thinking about starting a DoT army since I got my hands on a copy of Silver Tower and Aether War.
I'd really like to see base sizes included in the information in the future, because that is pretty relevant for battleline
I will try to include that in the future! Good suggestion!
I do rather like tzeetch good job mate 👍
You said the effective wound count of a unit of 10 pinks is 40 but it's actually 50, right? 10 wounds on the pinks + 20 blues + 20 brims.
Yes you’re correct that was a math mistake on my part

confused on acolytes, first you say maximize at ten then say take multiple small units

It’s intentionally unbalanced in this case. They took the approach of balance meaning everything is OP. And I adore it
@@ShepherdOfFire936 That does not make any sense.
@@00Kuja00 it does if you consider that something doesn’t have to be well made to be fun
