Thank you Eric, I received valuable direction from two of your videos ( Common Fails as A PM / What makes a Good PM ) While considering I am not in the digital business, your training is beneficial in all industry avenues.
It would really helpful, to know what to do if a certain ERP solution luck of good estimates , documentation and actual plan how to move further, in some client project it feels like working and working at some feature dont add any value to client , but those feature very important for system stability and work, basicly it would be interesting to know how a independent consultant should know and behave when a project going to fail and you was added at very late step of processes.
I have these skills, specific to a different area of knowledge, and want to begin working in the project management space. I have done some work with start ups and want to work for an established organization as a remote project manager. What advice would you give to someone in my position?
Find a volunteer opportunity where you can work in the style of PM role you want (remote or on client site). This will give you a very good pathway in. There are vast array of PM roles. Work out what size business you really like working with and what sort of outcomes you like PMing.
