    Great interview! All said and done Mckinsey is a profit seeking entity and will do whatever is required to achieve that. There is an internal subculture exists which rewards this behaviour. Nothing is unethical unless it is unprofitable. The only way to force them into line is heavy fines of the scale that can bankrupt them. A class action perhaps by relatives of the victims of the opioid crisis? Killing 750000 after all is a big deal (and that's a lot of relatives). The EU has laws that bring corporates to heel. They did it to Microsoft. The USA does not really have such laws.
