There is no law for this. But your society member should be ready for this. In the AGM you can put a request.

As per the MP Apex bank notification, salary of both post is same..?
For Which post should I fill the form & which post is better..??

If you are applying in Cooperative bank then the clerk post is better. Society manager post is applicable in housing society only. Salary may not be same. Clerk is looking accounts related matters and society manager is looking admin related matters.
