Today on the channel we continue the deconstruction of the Lego City. I am being evicted, and I have to downsize very rapidly. I will be selling off a good portion of what is in the garage portion of the Lego Studio. Today will be a part two of a four part series on the city alone. The first part was the ocean and beach, todays video is tearing down the city, then the amusement park, and then the forest area. We begin with a fast time lapse of me removing the huge Lego city area. Then I show the plan of attack for the day. We finish with an update after 24 hours of work over 3 days. I completed everything that could to be done. I broke down several more sets for resale. Organized more minifigures. Added single baseplates to the three rebrickable models in the city, and separated the City cars to keep. I also showed how im organizing the parts, and discussed my baseplate dilemma. I will do a breakdown segment in my end of month video. Sale will start on the 12th the day my Simba review goes live. Brandon Charles is my Facebook if people want to check my listings. Prices will be negotiable as eBay takes an amount I have calculated from experience, and as we all know Bricks and Minifigs just rip people off.

man, part of me wishes you would keep all the official lego modulars with you at your new place, but I'm not gonna lie, the other part of me is looking at the town hall and downtown diner that missing for my modular collection (aside from the first 3 modulars) need to do some finance research...

Diner I’m holding onto. Town hall is only going because of its value. It was so hard to pick what sells and doesn’t. I had this massive list at filming, by the time I wrapped on the part 3 episode coming in a few days that list shrunk. Converting the buildings back, literally made me realize why I loved them so much in the first place.
