literally just ask for a hot chocolate with whip cream. people say Starbucks is complicated but its really not. you can try to google the menu. (not the secret menu) that's what i did at my first time going and it worked you will be fine. as for the size ask them to show you the different sized cups. don't be embarrassed. if anything they will be glad that its your first time and want to help you so that you come back again.

Current Starbucks barista here. My favourite drink currently is the ultimate caramel frappuccino, but entirely cream based. So that's a venti cream frappuccino with dark caramel syrup. I get mine with almond or coconut, and the cold brew infused whip! Try it, everyone, for real! And if you order it with the regular whip, it's eco-friendly and has no caffeine! (Yes, the cold-brew infused whip cream IS caffeinated-as the name renders, it's made with our cold brew, and heavy whipping cream)
