In EBV rash, both Glandular Fever and IM are acually the same thing and you include the same features in both (sore throat - exudative pharyngitis / fever-pyrexia, lymphadenopathy). Also, it would be better if you could keep the same terminology (fever/pyrexia) for consistency. Thank you
The mono rash occurs from taking an antibiotics (most commonly a penicillin) during an acute mono infection. It does not occur unless an antibiotic has been taken

If you take antibiotics for infectious mononucleosis which is viral disease you'll develop a rash it's deferent from Meningococcal rash
