The first episode of S3, is one of my favorite of the whole series. I'm a big fan when a story can be told with minimum to no dialogue. And this episode did that most excellently, the cinematography editing and music. It was just beautiful.
That guy that Luca was talking to in episode 10 is Grant Achatz. Who is kind of the person Carmy is based on. He went to the Culinary Institute of America, worked at Charlie Trotter's and at The French Laundry. Won Food & Wine best new chef 1998, Best Chef in the US 1998 and 2003, James Beard winner, was the executive chef at Trio which got 5 stars.. Opened his own restaurant in Chicago that is 1 of the 2 highest rated restaurants in Chicago. Gourmet magazine said it was the best restaurant in America its been considered one of the top 50 restaurants in the world for the past 15 years. That dude is legend
I can’t believe they blueballed us with a TBC tag. That so not cool😅😅 I think the reviews were mixed like Morgan said, regardless the aftermath is going to be stress inducing. I honestly hope things can work out and improve between Carmy and Sydney, so she can stay at the Bear and be comfortable and safe. The next season needs to get hear quick fast.
