    Weightlifters always amaze the fuck out of me. They make squatting hundreds of kgs look absolutely easy.

    Crazy dorsiflexion. In the clean his legs fold down like a collapsable camping chair and his torso stays so upright.

      406 lbs nope, his stomach acts as a cushion. It’s essentially a slingshot for his squatting.

    Wonder what's happened to him ever since that 213 snatch in the '14 nationals.
    I think he's so massive that the benefit of the extra strength from the size is out-shadowed by the loss in terms of leverages, but of course, I could be wrong.
    I always do the Chingiz lean at my gym in honor of him.

    I love the fact that none of the negative stereotypes associated with the way he looks, apply to him... He would be laughed at in any commercial gym were he's not known for being morbidly obese yet he could smoke anyone on the planet in terms of raw brute strength and the crazy skills it takes to do what he does. More power to him.

    • @Cerdelimo
      @Cerdelimo 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Alberto Herrera If you have the best, strongest-yet-below-100kg weightlifter go to his bodyweight class, which is obvious over 105Kg, he'd do much worse so shut up.

      You don't understand human physiology. Strength to sizeable ratio decrease as size increases,its an unbreakable law of biology and occurs in all animals also.its why ants have such relative strength .these lifts are incredible and most of his weight is fat also.

    • @theRaw6
      @theRaw6 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      You don't understand anything ablut strength,
      Just for you a first fact, all the guy who weight 200kg have big difficulty to stand up and walk, and this guy is dinamyc ans play with heavy weight, just when you think about this it make you imagine how much he is strong
