The cppd process defies logic. I was on disability insurance for 2 years and ccpd said my "next" doctors visit had ever chance to resolve my issue. huh? do they have some magic crystal ball my doctor and I don't? and that was after my 2nd appeal.
Not true. He has replied to me many times. He is very very busy and runs a law firm covering clients coast to coast. He is an excellent lawyer. He might be accredited as an expert with the law society, I'm not 100% sure ob that but I can tell you that he and his firm are top notch. It's not possible that he can answer every single comment. I have no other reason to tell you that this is the firm I would go to if I was unable to resolve my issues on my own.
