Okay so 1st things 1st I loved all the Products that u buy or received nd to be honest I know prerna since past year (i.e 9/8/21) i have tried most of ur remedies nd there is no remedy which has failed or did not suit me like each nd every remedy i tried by mam worked 100% my skin condition improved by 98% (the remaining 2% is also my fault as I m not sleeping on time nd hence I have only dark circles) nd in lockdown I had completely ruined my hair by ironing and using conditioner literally every day which made my hair complete dry nd frizzy but since I follow mam I can see such a huge tremendous difference in my hair .

I began watching your videos from the mid of 2021.i love watching your videos because it's not only just for skin care but the way you talk, I feel like a real friend to me,, also you are so real,you don't just say to whiten the skin.. But whatever skin color we have, the best version of it makes us stunning, also I don't watch just for skincare, whenever I feel sad sometimes, your videos give me refreshment and heaviness of heart melts away. And also you talk about simple remedies and talk in detail about each item which is used in the remedy.. Which makes it so much easier to understand and use it in the busy world.
