Started learning this song and found this video very helpful. Lots of other vids/tabs don't do the slide up to fret 6 post trill even though Jim seems to do just that in his official video playing this song. Appreciate your walkthrough of this masterpiece.

Hey I love these tutorials. Thank´s to you I was able to figure out how to play AOV! I have a quick question. Are you using some particular effect or pedal for the Intro? Because it sounds exactly as the original track and when I play it it doesn´t sound like that. I am using Amplitube 5, do you know if I can use some pedal or effect to reach that tone? Thank you!!!

Thanks for the kind words! I’ve never used Amplitube but I’m sure they have their own version of the effects I was using in this video. I believe I was using a chorus pedal and definitely a phaser with the speed nice and slow. Hope that helps!
