♡ "What are subliminals?"
Subliminals are audios that use positive affirmations used to manifest anything you want, the way this works is the affirmations are played at a low frequency that your conscious mind cant pick up but your subconscious mind can, manifesting those affirmations into your reality. But it’s all about if you believe you can or not, if you really believe “i manifest anything i want” you will manifest anything you want. to manifest something, you need to practice everyday for atleast 2 weeks.
♡ some advice!
