I just lost my 25 year old daughter in a car accident monday the 8th God has given peace and strenght the whole way. The Miracles that he's shown us have been amazing and this song tells it all a lot of people didn't understand how I could be so strong but it's all God I couldn't have been that way without him he's been carrying me through thank you for this beautiful song

I need to breathe.
Gasping with spurts and fits.

Catching my breathe. I hoped.

Then dragged under again. Drowning.

Reaching out for help to not be pulled under.

Nothing to hold onto. Panicked.

I feel trapped in negative thoughts. My church wants me and three others to sing this song when we go back from quarantine but I don’t feel it like I should. I know the first step is knowing something is wrong. But my lungs were failing in September and I stayed at the hospital but I feel like I should have never came back. I know I have a problem and I know that I shouldn’t believe that everyone hates me or that I’m a waste of matter. But I cant

I wanted to make friend in my class. I had this little group of friends. The first week of school was good but one of my friends was mean to my latina friend. I didn't like it because I'm latina too. So I stopped hanging out with her. Then second week of school she was mean to me and I didn't like that either so I started defending myself. After 2 mouths, ever single day, I felt like I had a battle coming after me with thousand of bullets coming at me. We had a few meetings with the guldens counselor. But they did nothing. I don't understand why they didn't just switch her to another class. Now, i don't know if she's going to the same school as me for middle school.That's depression 1. Depression two is because of my mom. When I was young she would slap me if I did something wrong. My arms would turn red. Know that I'm older, (a little) she only yells at me. White is all the time. I get yelled at the most because of my little sister if she does something and I have little parts in it. I would get in trouble. All the time. I'm just waiting for the words " I can finally breath again" find there way to me.

Amalia, you can breathe again. Look to God and God only for your worth. Not in people or circumstances. It's easier said than done. I am almost 50 and I still struggle with people and relationships. But I'll tell you one thing I know... God's got this! And when you place it all in His hands you will find peace that passeth all understanding.
