I know alot of people say this, but I wish I could go back and play this for the first time again in my old living room. So much time has passed and I've beaten it multiple times....... I'd just like to find one more game that I can love with child-like excitement, play and beat.
+Tanner Animations It's a actually quite cheap as this is not a professional orchestra. If I remember well it's about 15$. Even less if you buy during pre-sale... plus you get the CD of their previous concert
I had the privilege of seeing a LofZelds orchestra play here in Des Moines, Iowa a few years ago at our Civic Center! It was awesome! It was ironic. I won a body painting contest at an adult Renaissance Faire a few years ago, and received a $500 prize. The following day, I saw on Facebook that the LofZelda traveling orchestra would be coming that August! I didn’t even think. I bought two tickets immediately. $135, but it was sooo worth it! My husband liked it, but he’s not as familiar with the franchise as I am. It’s my favorite Nintendo franchise, so I had to go, no questions asked!
That french horn part in the End Credits portion is everything! I may be biased because I'm a french horn player, but it was greatly performed and arranged. I haven't found a better version of the End Credits theme from this game. Great job.
@@jonathansteinfort2975 and @Malcolm Prince I can relate. A lot of people think that video game music isn't that good, but I listen to it almost everyday because of how good it is
I love the use of other motives to tie this medley together (I especially love the last few bars with that excerpt from Zelda's Lullaby). Wonderful job!
Keep in mind, Zelda's Lullaby originated in a link to the past. It was played when you rescue her in the dungeon, and as the theme for the maidens as you rescue them from their crystals.
@@weirdo7319 Nope, during the Lost Woods part she plays the piccolo. During the ending credits part you can see her playing the flute. It's quite easy to see the difference.

I never realized how much Hyrule Castle, Dark Overworld Theme and End-of-game Fanfare were so John Williams inspired. This arrangement here really does the composer justice! Very good! 5:05 - When those horns kick in it's like Link is on the loose fighting the evil of Ganon's realm. So epic! Kondo's overworld themes are so good.
Oh my God that dark world theme! I frocking love it! Every time I hear that theme I wanna charge out my front door in my Link cosplay with master sword at hand and just attack whatever stands in my way. I love this game to he moon and back. This was my first ZELDA game so to hear it done right is awesome. I just wish they added the staff roll.
For anyone who hasn't beaten teats of the kingdom major spoiler!! it would have been so epic if the title opening from a link to the past started playing when plunging the master sword in the demon dragons head.
I wish the Link to the Past soundtrack would get the same treatment as its Ocarina of Time counterpart. If you ask me, the Link to the Past soundtrack is VASTLY superior.
Yeah, no. I know Koji Kondo composed the original scores. I'm asking about this particular composition. Like, what's on those little papers the orchestra looks at while playing. Which is adapted from the original score.
Well, if you wanna be full smartass, Koji Kondo composed it. But this isn't an exact replica because you can't just take the notes from a 4 channel SNES and throw them onto a full orchestra. And prodding through their website a bit, what I could come up with was that the conductor is Johnatan Degenais, and that the Artistic director, and most likely the one responsible for writing the arrangements, is Alain Cazes
The girl that claps and cheers at the end of the game song , right before the final credits song, IS MY HERO FOR LIFE!
The credits theme to ALTP is one of the most beautiful pieces of music ever composed.
Súper agree

OMG THAT DARK WORLD ARRANGEMENT
MY LIFE IS COMPLETE
I thought that was one of the sloppiest arrangements of the Dark World theme I have heard.
@@Arlacent can you share the link to your best?
Funny how at 8:32 they thought it was over lol, i dont blame them, thats the last song in the game before the credits music.
You Commented On My Birthday! LOL, What A Coincidence!
@@ZatohRondohoon3227 yeah, right?
Wait you telling me they don't do the staff roll? Why? I cried when I saw that the first time.
4:28 Wish they played more of this piece. This was the Legend of Zelda.
Dark World.. that is just majestic! had nostalgy vibes and chills down my spine ;)
this puts a big smile on my face
Okay, I heard MANY covers of the Link to the Past "Ending", but this one tops them all! Thank you for making me feel like I'm 15 years old once again!

absolutely beautiful. The ending part (credits theme) sound very Disney like... i loved it, best interpretation of that theme EVER.
Listening to this with wireless headphones while eating macaroni makes food more enjoyable

Right there with you brother. Listen to the Earthbound series music. I've not played the series but the ending of the third game had me bawling.

That flute during the Lost Woods :)
Reminds Me Of The Awesome Russian Flute Score In The Red Choir Army Stuff. But Regardless, It's Flawless At Its Best. :)

Excellent performance and great sound quality...
Two minutes of applause and cheers for each and every musician on stage --- BRAVO!!
Oh Dios, pense que habia oido de todo, pero este arreglo me dejo helado...
I'm in awe of this. What incredible orchestration. And that was a top-notch performance. I'm blown away.
damn nice! only bad thing is they cut the songs off (although the arrangement was excellent)... wish they had played the whole soundtrack!

The Credits Theme in orchestral arrangement is something I wished to hear for years. It is so beautiful :D
I want to come and see you guys play someday if its ever possible. This video making me cry... Thank you.
At some point, Nintendo needs to buy these arrangements and put them into an actual Game, like a ALTTP HD.
I know right!!!??
And damn, the only thing I have to critisize are the trumpets. There were some severe mistakes :/
yes they made some mistakes but it was also changed a bit for an orchestra, but it was still amazing none the less.
I heard squeaks in the clarinets that hurt inside
It's always the trumpets.
Yeah I heard it too. Damn
As a trumpet player I can testify how hard it is to hit the notes they missed, don’t criticize them for doing their best
THE best Zelda... Ocarina of Time was built around this...
Beautiful! I've wanted to hear the finale and closing music from an actual orchestra since first beating this amazing game
the beginning finally gets the recognition it deserves. i hate when they rush it
I haven't heard the end credits song in 30 years. But suddenly remember it almost part by part!
