The Legend of the One Legged Pigeon of DC

In this week's episode we do more touring of Washington DC. This time around we go back to the White House and Dupont Circle.
In my walking I encounter a very unique pigeon walking, or should I say, hopping around the streets of DC. I say hopping because this particular pigeon is missing a foot! How he lost the foot is a mystery lost in the mists if time.
I saw him not once, but twice within the span of a week! What are the chances of that??
