The Teensy Polysynth -- Unfinished, but Smoooooth!

- I'm still refining the user interface and the sound of my Teensy synthesizer, but still wanted to post some sort of an update.
Listen to the "smoooooth" jazzy background music! All voices except drums were played on the Teensy synth, i.e. e-piano, slap-bass, organ and phoney sax!
Can you guess what type of synthesizer it's going to be?

The menu options were the giveaway - it's an FM based synth and I'd say it will be a 4 operator design (well it makes the most sense given the processing power available to you)...yay I'm the winner

Now I'm working with teensy 4.1, audio shield an an novation impulse.
I would be glad to see your scetch an the schematics. What can I do?

A Franzis Synthesizer?
-I have no clue which synth was popular to play e-piano, slap-bass, organ and phoney sax.
(I´m new to these synth-things, but i like soldering and messing around with circuits)
Well, it's an 80s synth that I'm emulating...
Music and Blinkenlights John Chowning and his 6 operators would be proud... well done, this is a great implementation of FM synthesis, hopefully the output has a little less hiss than the first version of the 80s original.
Hi, have you managed to make further progress on this, or have other projects taken over your life? I would love to see further videos on this topic.
It's going to be one of the next 2 to 3 videos. Right now, I'm doing another "Seriously Unfinished Business", and then either another "DX7 Revisited" or the conclusion of the Teensy Synth (which might actually be the same thing......). I do several things concurrently, but of course, I need to finish one or the other of them eventually. In short: It's coming (and looking good :-)
