I think you should play as spoombung recommended: Gm, G#, Cm, Bb, Cm and then... Hm. It was a while ago since I played it, but I think I am simply playing power chords in the chorus starting from the 8th fret and then drop down? Hope that helps you! :)

I really like your version - you've captured the atmosphere of the song very well - but I think you've got a couple of important chords missing in the verses that might be worth finding.
