If you are looking for a fun beginner-friendly horseback riding trial near San Diego, we just did a great one in Temecula California which is only about 45 minutes away from San Diego.
In this horseback riding vlog, you get to see Susie Q Ranch, as well as a little bit of our private trail ride, which was filled with beautiful views including snow-capped mountains in the distance. Highly recommended.

unfortunately no :( They also didn't allow us to get on and off of the horses along the trail. I think that would have been nice too.
