Hello Amy hope this finds you and your family well. I'm a fifty-four year old retired professional sportsman so your methods of keeping fit are all quite new to this old timer. That said I'm inspired to be fitter as I get older and your workouts are just what I needed. Bless you.
This is an excellent example of why this fitness channel is great. Great communication and justification for why we want to focus on these movements. Thank you.
this is absolutely what i need! aesthetically speaking i'm not super focused on my shoulders but i really struggle with these lateral shoulder movements!
what happened to these kinds of videos? I really love you talking about a topic like these. It is very benefical to learn from you three having a conversation about this, instead of an usual video with just a demonstration!!
I adore you guys! Thanks for making these videos!!! So easy to follow and you have excellent explanations to help a rookie (me) understand each movement. I like knowing how to strengthen each little muscle.
so I dont n usually have an issue with anything Sal does but his demonstrations usually consist of one rep, maybe 2. Sal, could you please add a few more reps to your demonstrations? I totally get the flow of it when Justin and Adam demonstrates with many reps. love you guys work always. thank you. okolo - version20.16
Gentle men thank you; questions: 1-Can the bench be one level lower 2-Can the wrist pronated 3-Can the dumbbell path be slightly and I mean slightly forward, my questions derive from things I have seen Charles Glass recommend. BTW I love your videos, as it involves bio-mechanics, kinematics, injury prevention and proper neurological recruitment of motor units, simply the right way to do stuff LOL, thank you again..
I've watched 3 videos on my lunch break today and I have learned more about lifting weights than I have for the rest of my life. And I am 46 years old!!!
Both the videos and podcast are fantastic so much knowledge and as a trainer myself also nice to learn from others and apply to my own training and others :D
You probably need to mention that a "pinkies-down" posture can aggravate or even cause shoulder impingement. This position is banned by every trainer I have listened to on TH-cam. One notable example is Jeff Cavaliere. Do you guys do any videos for people with shoulder problems, especially those who have undergone a/c strains? I find it very hard to "locate" the channel or path that avoids tweaking my left shoulder in all pressing movements. I think I found it doing incline dumbbell pressing, but am still trying for overhead pressing of any kind with any bar or movement. Thank you.
These three are the best. Hands down.

Did you try the kettlebell press that they demo? I have bad AC joints and kettlebells have been a game changer.
@@davidjosiah48 I will give them a more consistent try. Thank you for the response.
The lateral raise with hands turned inward is really bad for rotator cuffs..

Just noticed the guy with calves is the only one wearing shorts…..
I think the guy in the blue shirt forgot and left his calves at home.
I was sent by Sleepy Joe Biden
Your thumb should be higher than your pinky when doing the side lateral raise.
This dude telling us about shoulders?
The dude in the black shirt loves to hear himself talk
